RALPH BLANCHARD

I’m Ralph Blanchard, and I’ve used my love for storytelling to collaborate on short films as well as create online video content. While I have always loved making a wide array of material, my passion lies in directing films that speak for themes and topics that are sometimes misunderstood or misrepresented. I began exploring this with my thesis film, A World of Her Own, wherein I documented my sister who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. Today, I am currently in post production for my first dramatic short film, Her Face , a story about an unstable man coping with the loss of his mother through art. My goal every day, is to wake up (after drinking tea) with the hope of sharing a unique point of view and being open to that of others.
